PROBLEMS
①The top screen of the application UI is start with the search function, it is abstract and hard to understand.
②Fonts, margins, layouts in the search result list were not designed, characters were almost bold, importance of information was hard to recognize.
③There are lots of unnecessary functions make the App heavy.
④There are too many input items in cart screen, elements which are not essential are also arranged at the top. abandonment rate is too high.
⑤We need to improve the overall UX.
⑥The resolution is old, it does not match the new terminal.
SOLUTIONS
① Except the key visual on the initial launch screen, all designs are made as simple as possible, making contents and information for purchasing parts more prominent.
② The top screen displays the search result directly, not the abstract search UI. In keeping with the desire to see the results by users, put the things users want to see most at the top level.
③ Adjusting margin and using color step by step makes information more easily recognizable. Arranging information by changing placement etc.
④By using a lot of translucent layers, we increased user’s self sense of belonging when operating the App’s screen.
⑤By using a lot of animation in transition of screen, increase self sense of belonging and improve UX
⑥Using technique of auto layout to make resolution fit all of iOS terminals.

The CVR of this App rised up to 130%
